We welcome 2 pets per apartment. There is a $300 pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $25 per pet/per month. We have a no aggressive breed policy. We have a no aggressive breed policy. Dog breeds, and any mixes thereof, prohibited are Rottweiler, Doberman, German Sheppard, Chow, Pit Bull (including the American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Pit bull Terrier) and any other breed as designated by management.
